It is customary on the European Cycling Circuit for riders from various countries to be housed together as they search for rides on the top Pro Teams. Likewise, many teams abroad have a team house or team houses, which are utilized to build team ethos, teamwork and to provide the riders with a common place while they build and work towards achieving the teams’ objectives.
In a similar vein, the riders from Team Neotel are following suit by sharing a team house while under the guidance of Team Manager Adrian Ilsley. The main purpose of the team house is to build the team spirit and to keep it going throughout the racing season. Another critical advantage of having the riders together is that the process of monitoring performance, nutrition and health is effortless.
